Electronic devices and computer systems can fail unpredictably due to age, prior damage, manufacturing defects, or other factors beyond the control of the technician.

2. Data Loss Disclaimer
Customers acknowledge that data loss can occur during repair, troubleshooting, hardware upgrades, operating system installations, virus removal, or other service procedures.

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups of important data prior to service.

Remember This Tech Computer Solutions is not responsible for the loss, corruption, or recovery of data, software, programs, or files that may occur during or after service.

3. Data Transfer and Recovery Disclaimer
Data transfer or recovery services may be offered when requested. Successful data transfer depends on multiple factors including:
- the condition of storage devices
- the availability of valid backups
- system compatibility
- file system integrity

Successful recovery or transfer of data cannot be guaranteed.

4. Access to Device Data
During diagnostics or repair, technicians may require temporary access to:
- operating systems

- storage devices

While technicians do not intentionally access personal files or private information, customers acknowledge that such access may occur as part of the repair process.

Technicians will not intentionally copy, distribute, or disclose personal data unless necessary to complete requested services.

5. Customer Responsibility for Sensitive Data
Customers are encouraged to remove or back up sensitive information before submitting devices for service whenever possible.
Sensitive information may include but is not limited to:

- personal documents
- passwords
- private communications
- photos or videos
- business data

Remember This Tech Computer Solutions is not responsible for sensitive or confidential information stored on devices submitted for service.

6. Hardware Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
Devices submitted for repair may contain pre-existing faults, damage, or failing componentsthat may not be immediately visible.
Repair procedures may reveal or worsen underlying issues due to the age or condition of the equipment.

Remember This Tech Computer Solutions is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing hardware problems or manufacturer defects discovered during or after service.

7. Software and Licensing Disclaimer
Customers must provide valid software licenses, activation keys, and account credentials required for software installation or configuration.

Remember This Tech Computer Solutions will not install pirated, unauthorized, or illegal software.
The technician is not responsible for software activation issues, licensing restrictions, or compatibility limitations.

8. Network and Internet Service Disclaimer
For services involving network installation, router configuration, or mesh Wi-Fi systems (including Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 7 mesh networks), Remember This Tech Computer Solutions will make reasonable efforts to optimize performance.
However, network performance may be affected by factors beyond technician control, including:
- internet service provider limitations
- building construction materials
- interference from neighboring wireless networks
- device compatibility
- environmental conditions

Network speeds, signal coverage, and internet reliability cannot be guaranteed.

9. Remote Support Disclaimer
Remote technical support services may require temporary remote access to the customer's computer.
By requesting remote support, customers grant permission for technicians to:
- view the computer screen
- control the system temporarily
- modify system settings as necessary

Remote access will be used only for the duration required to complete the requested service.

10. Equipment Documentation
To document device condition and completed work, Remember This Tech Computer Solutions may photograph devices before or after repair.
- These images may be used for:
- service documentation
- repair verification
- dispute resolution

Photographs will not intentionally include personal files or private data stored on devices.

11. Service Outcome Disclaimer
Due to the complex nature of computer systems, not all technical issues can be resolved.

Certain problems may require additional hardware replacement, manufacturer support, or system replacement.
Remember This Tech Computer Solutions does not guarantee that all issues can be fully resolved.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remember This Tech Computer Solutions shall not be liable for:

This limitation applies even if the technician has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Service Acknowledgment
By requesting or authorizing services from Remember This Tech Computer Solutions, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Service Disclaimer.

Authorization of service, payment for services rendered, or acceptance of returned equipment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
