• Mesh Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 7 installation and configuration

• Remote technical support

• Technology consulting and troubleshooting

Services may be performed onsite, remotely, or offsite depending on the service requested.

3. Customer Authorization
By requesting service, the customer confirms that they:

• Are the legal owner or authorized user of the equipment

• Authorize Remember This Tech Computer Solutions to perform diagnostics, repair, installation, configuration, and testing

• Understand that troubleshooting may require system modifications, software changes, or hardware removal

Authorization of service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Data Backup Responsibility
Customers are strongly encouraged to back up all important data before service begins.
Repair, upgrade, or operating system installation procedures may result in data loss.
Remember This Tech Computer Solutions is not responsible for the loss, corruption, or recovery of data, files, or software during or after service.

5. Data Transfer and Recovery
Data transfer or recovery services may be offered when requested.
Successful transfer depends on:

• the condition of storage devices

• system compatibility

• the availability of valid backups

Successful data recovery cannot be guaranteed.

6. Technician Data Access
During repair, troubleshooting, or operating system installation, technicians may require temporary access to:

• user accounts

• operating systems

• file systems

• storage devices

While technicians do not intentionally access personal files, customers acknowledge that such access may occur as part of performing technical services.

7. Sensitive Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for removing or backing up sensitive information before submitting devices for service when possible. Sensitive data may include:

• financial records

• personal documents

• photos or videos

• passwords or authentication tokens

• business information

Remember This Tech Computer Solutions is not responsible for sensitive information stored on devices submitted for service.

8. Hardware Condition and Risk
Electronic devices may contain pre-existing faults or failing components. Repair attempts may reveal or worsen underlying hardware problems due to:

• device age

• prior damage

• manufacturer defects

Remember This Tech Computer Solutions is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing hardware conditions.

9. Software Licensing
Customers must provide valid software licenses, activation keys, and account credentials necessary to reinstall or configure software. Remember This Tech Computer Solutions will not install pirated, unauthorized, or illegal software.

10. Remote Support Services
Remote technical support may require temporary remote access to the customer's computer.
By requesting remote assistance, the customer grants permission for technicians to:

• view the computer screen

• control the system temporarily

• modify system settings as required to complete the requested service

Remote access is used only for the duration necessary to perform the service.

11. Device Documentation
To document device condition and completed repairs, Remember This Tech Computer Solutions may photograph equipment before and after service. These photos may be used for:

• service documentation

• repair verification

• dispute resolution

Photos will not intentionally include personal data stored on devices.

12. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:

• cash

• electronic payment

• credit or debit card (when available)

Equipment may be withheld until payment is received in full.

13. Abandoned Equipment
Devices left unclaimed for 30 days after service completion notification may be considered abandoned.
Remember This Tech Computer Solutions reserves the right to dispose of or recycle abandoned equipment to recover service costs.

14. Service Warranty
Unless otherwise stated:

• labor may include a limited 30-day service warranty

• warranty applies only to the specific repair performed

• warranty does not cover unrelated failures, accidental damage, misuse, or software issues

Hardware components are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty when applicable.

15. Limitation of Liability
Remember This Tech Computer Solutions shall not be liable for:

• loss of data

• loss of business or productivity

• loss of profits

• indirect or consequential damages

• equipment failure occurring after service

Services are provided “as is” without guarantees beyond the work performed.

16. Website Content
All website content including logos, images, text, and branding are the property of Remember This Tech Computer Solutions. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

17. Changes to Terms
